Waardenburg syndromes (WS) are characterized by deafness together with pigmentation anomalies. They can be distinguished by clinical findings such as dystopia canthorum within the phenotypic series. WS type 2 (WS2) is characterized by congenital deafness and pigmentation anomalies and different than WS1 with the absence of dystopia canthorum. In our paper, we present a WS2 case featuring bilateral iris coloboma.References
